Al-Bustan is pleased to present Waxing Geometric — an art exhibit by Tremain Smith, a West Philadelphia-based artist who has four works in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This exhibit represents a sampling of the encaustic and watercolor paintings that Tremain developed from 2009 to 2014 inspired by teaching at Al-Bustan programs.
