An Experiment in Healing

In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore inner landscapes using visual art and writing, especially focusing on the experience of grief. All art supplies will be provided. Please bring a notebook or journal. Tremain will guide participants on how to use art and writing as a way in. This process uses both languages as a means of exploration and discovery that is engaging and healing.

Comments from past participants:

“Excellent program. Thanks very much for producing it. I learned from you and the others. Real ‘presence within love’ material and group process.”

“Your loving energy allowed each person to look within and unlock what was hidden. I thank you for your encouragement.”

Healing –

I found a wound.

It was held together by fragile threads.

I opened it.

Colors spread out.

May I heal a little bit more today and contribute to somebody else’s healing.

I am cutting my own way out of the woods.

Fact is I don’t have any idea what I’m doing. I’m just trying to lay down my own energy here.

Sometimes I cannot help but to applaud certain marks that rise from my depths.
